I agree. How about making a digital consultant? You feed it a bunch of personal information and then when you want its opinion, it will give it to you. Sort of like the way DoubleClick would follow people's internet behavior and then send you the most suitable pop-up ad; similarly, whenever I purchase something from amazon it says, “people who did that, also did this.” Same for NetFlix, Pandora, and eMagazines. Why not combine all that into on “app” that sticks with you.
Something you can link up to your credit card statement, email, calendar, phone records, gps. So it really knows what you have been doing and can analyze your habits- to the point where I could type in “I want something fun to do now” and it already knows it is a 'school' night (probability of staying out late is low), it knows I ran up a bar tab last night (p= tired is high), and thus it says “a movie you would like, in your neighborhood, starts in 1.5 hrs. The sushi bar near the theater is having a drink special. You can still get home for an early nights rest. PS don't forgot tomorrow is your Mom's birthday and you need to call her bc you haven't in the past 3 weeks.”
